Steam turbine power systems often operate under high loads for long periods. Component wear, system aging, and parameter deviation may gradually affect performance.
Unexpected shutdowns can increase maintenance costs and interrupt production.
The project therefore required a complete inspection and timely restoration of stable operation.
Zhen Yi’s technical team conducted on-site inspections of the steam turbine, pure water system, and turbine oil filtration equipment.
Necessary component replacement, maintenance, and parameter adjustments were completed based on equipment condition.
Functional checks were also carried out on the UPS, DCS control system, and related equipment.
A full-load test was then performed to verify operating stability.
After maintenance and full-load testing, the steam turbine power generation system returned to stable operation.
The main operating parameters met production requirements.
The project reduced equipment failure and shutdown risks.
