One-Stop Power Solutions

Step 01
Consultation
Tell us about your power requirements.
We will assess the site load, operating environment, budget, and expected operating hours.
We will also evaluate whether the power system is intended for standby, continuous, or grid-connected operation, and confirm the required voltage, frequency, generator capacity, and installation conditions.

Step 02
Planning
You can provide the required generator models, quantities, and available installation space.
If these details are uncertain, we can arrange an on-site inspection and measurement.
We will assess the equipment room, access routes, exhaust and ventilation systems, cooling requirements, and foundation load capacity.
Based on your needs, we will recommend suitable generator models, equipment layouts, power system configurations, and logistics plans for domestic and international projects.

Step 03
Technical Advisory
Through technical drawings and specification comparisons, we will explain equipment performance, fuel consumption, operating stability, and expected service life.
We will also review installation procedures, maintenance costs, spare parts availability, and future operation and maintenance options, including their advantages and limitations.

Step 04
Quotation & Proposal
We will prepare a detailed formal quotation based on your required generator configuration, installation, transportation, international shipping, and customs clearance needs.
Equipment, engineering work, spare parts, and maintenance agreements will be listed separately to ensure transparent pricing and consistent specifications.

Step 05
Contract
We will prepare formal equipment sales and engineering contracts that clearly define technical specifications, delivery schedules, scope of work, acceptance criteria, and warranty terms.
Payment conditions, deposits, overseas shipments, and procedures for handling unexpected issues will also be agreed upon to protect the interests of both parties.

Step 06
Installation
Our services cover generator lifting and positioning, foundation work, exhaust piping, ventilation systems, fuel lines, and electrical distribution.
On-site work includes equipment installation, wiring, commissioning, trial operation, load testing, generator synchronization, grid connection, and final inspection and acceptance.

Step 07
Preventive Maintenance
We will advise you on the recommended maintenance frequency and intervals.
You may also request scheduled maintenance services, including routine inspections, oil and filter replacement, fuel and cooling system checks, and electrical system maintenance.
Maintenance schedules will be arranged according to operating hours to help prevent failures and extend equipment service life.

Step 08
Repair Services
In the event of an unexpected breakdown during operation, simply contact us.
We will arrange technical support based on the project location and specific requirements, including generator set diagnostics, engine, alternator, and control system repairs.
We can also assist with ordering genuine manufacturer spare parts and supplying available parts.
Repair and restoration solutions will be evaluated based on the equipment’s brand, model, and condition.

Step 09
Long-Term Operation & Support
We provide on-site support, annual operation and maintenance agreements, spare parts management, and scheduled equipment inspections.
Through a dedicated long-term service contact, we coordinate ongoing maintenance and technical support to help maintain reliable power generation throughout the equipment’s service life.
