Power Plant Planning
A 1.86 MW natural gas power system was developed for an industrial park in Nigeria using Mitsubishi SGP-M930 generator sets.
The project integrated generation, distribution, cooling, soundproofing, and heat recovery systems to provide stable industrial power.
Production equipment and public facilities within the industrial park required a stable and reliable power supply.
The project also involved the integration of distribution, control, cooling, and auxiliary systems.
Ensuring stable coordination between these systems was a key challenge.
The project used two Mitsubishi SGP-M930 natural gas generator sets with an integrated control and distribution system.
High-voltage distribution, cooling, soundproofing, and heat recovery equipment were also included.
After factory preparation, the equipment was shipped to the project site for installation, system integration, and commissioning.
The project was completed in 2026. Both SGP-M930 units were successfully installed and commissioned, providing a total capacity of 1.86 MW.
The completed system improved power stability and overall operating efficiency for the industrial park.
It also established a complete natural gas power solution for long-term operation.
