Power Plant Planning
Developed a 30 MW independent power supply solution for a major tile manufacturing plant in the Philippines.
The project included power system planning, equipment integration, and cross-border delivery to support stable and efficient production.
As production capacity expanded, the customer required a larger and more reliable power supply.
At the same time, limitations and fluctuations in the local grid affected production stability.
The project therefore needed an independent power system that could support continuous operation and long-term energy efficiency.
Based on the customer’s electrical load, plant layout, and local power conditions, Zhen Yi planned a 30 MW independent power system using five Wärtsilä 18V32D generator sets.
Before delivery, the equipment underwent performance testing and factory acceptance verification.
International logistics and transport were also coordinated to ensure safe and on-time delivery.
The 30 MW independent power system was successfully established, improving power supply stability and supporting continuous production.
The project also helped reduce energy-related operating risks and demonstrated Zhen Yi’s capabilities in power plant planning, equipment integration, and cross-border project delivery.
